HOW TO JOIN

Before participating in any festival events, you must register as a participant for the current year and pay a nominal one-time registration fee of RM15.

However, there are exceptions.

Once registered, you may sign up for any events via their respective forms, subject to your eligibility and the event's availability.

REGISTRATION PERIOD:

APRIL 13 - JULY 27, 2025

Malaysian school children and their Japanese language teachers may register from April 1, 2025 onwards.

RM 15 per person

NON-Refundable & NON-Transferable

Email verification is required before registration, so a valid email is essential.

If you have registered in the previous year...

Then, click 'JOIN EVENT' and complete the registration and payment.

EXCEPTIONS

Non-registered individuals can join OPEN TO PUBLIC events.
Japanese language teachers attending FOR TEACHERS ONLY workshops do not need to register (as festival's participant).
Malaysian national school students may be exempt from the registration fee. (T&Cs apply - consult your school's Japanese language teacher).
