COLOURS OF ASIA

Kimono, Baju Kurung, Barong Tagalog

The Kimono, Baju Kurung, and Barong Tagalog are widely recognized as traditional national garments of Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Each of them showcases the rich history, cultural values, and artistic sensibilities of their people through unique designs, colors, and materials. However, these iconic outfits represent just a small part of the diverse and vibrant tapestry of traditional attire found within each country.

Join us in celebrating this cultural richness by wearing your favorite traditional outfit—whether formal or casual—and share its story with new friends! Then, let’s get creative and design a traditional costume for a fictitious Asian country together. Let the colors of Asia inspire us!
