Winner:
THONG KYE YUE
Universiti Malaysia Sabah

Logo Synopsis
The logo portrays a circular pond where two koi fish move in harmony. It captures the spirit of JLfest, where evolving ideas reveal the enduring beauty of Japanese traditional culture.
The smaller koi, in blue wavy patterns, leaps playfully over the clouds, representing the younger generation—bold, curious, and unafraid to explore new horizons. Below, the larger koi, patterned with traditional scales, swims calmly and steadily through the water, symbolising mentors who guide, protect, and preserve cultural heritage.
The colourful water droplets dance like a school of small koi, reflecting unity, shared journeys, and the joy of learning together.
