Haiku is the shortest poem in the world. It is enjoyed by many because it evokes a wide range of emotions and vivid imagery from a mere 5-7-5 syllable pattern.

In this workshop you will be introduced to the beauty of Haiku. You will discover how certain words can convey an image, a thought or feeling more efficiently and effectively.

Create your Haiku in Japanese, English or Malay and enjoy the beauty of “less is more”.

REQUIREMENT: Some knowledge of Japanese Language is preferred but NOT necessary

This workshop will be conducted in English with some Malay and simple Japanese.
